These data processing ist permitted according to article 6(1)(c) of the “Datenschutzgrundverordnung” (DSGVO).\n\nPersonal data, concerning you, will in general not be submitted to third parties. As an exception, third parties can also get access to these data if they are mandated by SGT German Private Equity\xa0to provide services in the scope of managing of investor matters. These are auditors, consultants and general meeting agencies.
